George Kupcs   gkupcs@lbeach.org

George is an electrician with many years of experience with our district.  Before being elective President in the 20/21 School year, he was the Vice President and former building steward for Buildings and Grounds.  

 Richard Aull  raull@lbeach.org.  Ricky is a master carpenter with our district.  He is native to Long Beach and one of our great alumni.  When not working on district projects he can be found at our Facilities building.  Ricky has always been a member of the LBSEA and before becoming Vice President and former Membership Secretary, he was a building steward for Building and Grounds.  

Raquel Lopez  rlopez@lbeach.org

Raquel is currently working in the Middle School Main Office as a Secretary I, reporting directly to the Principal.  She has worked throughout district for many years and has always been an active member of the LBSEA.  Raquel is also a LBHS alumni.  Prior to becoming Treasurer, she was and still is a building steward.  Raquel is fluent in the Spanish language.

Karissa Nash   knash@lbeach.org

Karissa is a Secretary 1, currently working in the Long Beach High School Main Office reporting to an assistant principal. Since her hire she has been involved with our LBSEA.  She is currently the HS building steward along with her many duties as Recording Secretary.  Karissa is fluent in the Spanish Language.

Ilene Ratner  iratner@lbeach.org

Ilene is a Secretary 1, currently working in  the Long Beach High School Counseling Department reporting to the Coordinator of School Counseling K-12.  She also has worked at our NIKE Alternative HS and for the Director of District Technology and Innovation.  She began her career with LBSD in 2008.  She has been involved with the union as a building steward since 2015.  As of July 2024 she has been appointed for a one year term to fulfill this vacated position.
